Alan is an electronics engineer bitten by the entrepreneurial bug. His first business venture was a Hong Kong based engineering consulting company, which specialised in consumer electronics design. After living in Hong Kong for four years, he moved back to New Zealand four years ago and started developing his second start-up, Jupl.
With over 10 years experience in the design and manufacture of consumer electronics, Alan has considerable experience in the product development process, project management, manufacturing in New Zealand and China and global supply chain management.
In the past Alan has been involved in business development for technology start ups, servicing such clients as Hitachi Maxell, Panasonic, Audio Technica, Creative Labs and GN Netcom. Alan has a BE in Electrical and Electronic Engineering and a diploma in Audio Engineering.

Neal has an MSc in Health Psychology (University of Auckland) and 10+ years’ experience as a Commercial Product Manager of ICT services. Having worked at Telecom New Zealand and Telstra Australia, Neal has expertise in cloud security, content platforms, mobile applications and collaboration services.
In the New Zealand health sector, Neal has managed and upgraded Gen-i’s HealthZone, a secure intranet environment purpose-built for health professionals providing high-speed network services to Connected Health, servicing district health boards, doctors, pharmacies and specialists. He is also credited for developing and launching Gen-i’s Virtual Clinic – New Zealand’s first Connected Health compliant video conferencing service at the Health Informatics New Zealand conference in 2012.

Jupl's channel partners deliver life-saving services to their customers, and Stuart makes sure their experience with Jupl products is seamless and reliable. He manages all aspects of service delivery, from managing contract manufacturers, to device commissioning for end users.
Stuart has a background in Aviation electronics hardware design and testing. At Jupl he has worked in several areas of the business, including Engineering, Quality, and PLM. Prior to his engineering career he worked in the music industry as a publicist.

Most recently Debbie spent time as an Office Manager for an organisation dedicated to supporting and empowering people with physical and intellectual impairments, with a focus on supporting people to live a quality lifestyle as independently as possible. Debbie was at the forefront of putting new processes in place for the organisation and ensuring the smooth success of all office and administration functions.
With over 10 years’ experience in office management and event management, Debbie has worked for a variety of organisations and industries, including Auckland District Health Board and Lion Nathan.

Sir Ray Avery GNZM is a successful Pharmaceutical Scientist, a founding member of the Auckland University School of Medicine, Department of Clinical Pharmacology and former Technical Director of Douglas Pharmaceuticals who, over the past thirty years, has made a major contribution in the development of New Zealand's Pharmaceutical industry.
In 2011 Ray was appointed a Knight Grand Companion of the New Zealand Order of Merit for his services to philanthropy.
Sir Ray is the Founder and CEO of Medicine Mondiale, a social enterprise which develops affordable healthcare solutions; CEO of the Kaizen Group, a multidisciplinary consultancy group providing GMP manufacturing and QA/QC and Regulatory Affairs consultancy services to the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.
Bede has 30 years experience in the recruitment industry as a practitioner and in the last 19 years as a business owner. The last 12 years Bede was Managing Director of Momentum Holdings limited. In his tenure as MD he doubled the size of the business to 75 staff, almost tripled the turnover and oversaw the development of 2 other brands as part of the Momentum Holdings stable.
In early 2016 Momentum sold 920, their IT recruitment business and Bede elected to sell the rest of his shareholding in the rest of the company to peruse other interests. Innovation and Technology has always interested him which is why he joined the board of Jupl and he is eager to bring his business experience to Jupl to assist its growth aspirations.
